Midori Services, Inc. (Midori) provides a full range of outsourced technical and help desk support services as well as a wide range of call center services, all located within the United States. Midori offers worldwide telephone and email support to hardware manufacturers, software developers, distance learning institutions, application service providers, small businesses, and major corporations – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We offer multi-tiered support from level 1 to 3, as well as the ability to develop support teams for unique Client hardware and software products that require branding and specialized training.

We utilize a hosted PBX solution, just one of many components that solidify our commitment to flexibility, especially in terms of our technology. This solution has a dedicated Gigabit connection and guaranteed uptime of 99.999% (five nines). Our hosted PBX allows us to expand very rapidly, or contract as needed.
Midori is located about 60 miles northeast of Los Angeles, California. While much of the United States observes the effects of tornados, hurricanes, or snow storms, Midori is happy to report that due to our location we enjoy an average temperature of 81 and average annual precipitation of 7.4.
