As technology keeps improving at a rapid pace, older adults find are finding it difficult to keep up. At Midori our agents love their work. They are patient and most importantly though, they understand what it’s like learning a new technology. We are here so they can get the assistance they need. We know that sometimes they will be requested to slow down, speak up, repeat things, and demonstrate the steps again.
Many assisted living and retirement homes can find it expensive to staff someone to be available at all hours to assist with the needs of their community members. Here at Midori we are available 24/7/365 ready to answer the phone and help.
